Meat
Take your meat out of the fridge so that it is at ambient temperature.
If the meat is frozen, wait until it has thawed completely.
In this case, the resting period, which is usually observed after cooking meat, is integrated within the cooking
time. Your meat is ready to be eaten as soon as you take it out of the oven.
NOTE
For roast beef and leg of lamb, you can complete the cooking (medium to well done) with function . This means
your meat will be just the way you like it.
We recommend you make this setting before cooking starts.
Turn knob A until symbol
is lit, turn knob B to increase or decrease the degree of cooking. Press knob B to
confirm.
Your selection will be memorised for all future cooking of the same type.
Pizzeria cooking
Pre-heat the pizza stone on the grid positioned on rack 4.
When pre-heating is complete (beep sounds), place your pizza in the oven using the pizza peel.
Confirm the pizza is in the oven by pressing knob B (CONFIRM DISH IS IN THE OVEN is displayed).
When the pizza is done, which takes very little time (3-4 minutes), a beep sounds to advise you it has reached
the browning stage.
When you deem the browning to be sufficient, remove your pizza from the oven using the pizza peel.
To bake another pizza, wait until the oven notifies you that the pizza stone is at the right temperature again.
This way, you can bake several pizzas in a row rather rapidly (a pizza could be ready to be eaten every 7-8 minutes
or so).
