General Notes
Design and execution subject to change without notice.
Check all parts for possible shipping damage
after unpacking. The shipper must be informed
immediately if a complaint is to be led.
Claims made at later date will not be processed.
Check the delivery to make sure it is complete.
Familiarize yourself with the unit by reading the
instructions before operating.
Use only original scheppach parts for accessories as well
as for spare and expendable parts.
When ordering, state our item numbers as well as type
and model year of the unit.
Notes on safety
Observe the safety notes of your scheppach machine the
pusher slide is to be mounted on.
Be sure to use tools safely and precisely when
operating.
Safety devices may not be removed.
Assembly
For packaging reasons, your scheppach pusher slide is not
completely assembled.
tku/ts 315 GT, Fig. A1
Attach the mounting plates to the front and rear of the
table.
2 hex bolts each M8 x 20
2 washers each 8 in diameter.
Hex bolts should be hand-tightened only.
hf 3000/tfe 30, Fig. A2
Attach the mounting plates to the front and rear of the
table.
2 hex bolts each M8 x 20
2 washers each 8 in diameter.
Hex bolts should be hand-tightened only.
Screw in adjusting screw (1). The inner adjusting screw
rests on the shank of the screw bracket on table tops
without a rolled lower edge.
Guide tube Fig. B
Insert the guide tube with the fastening arms, press on
and tighten the retaining plate (1).
1 washer 8 in diameter
1 hex nut M8 self-tightening
0.5 mm play must remain between the fastening arms
and the retaining plate.
Fasten the fastening arms using a wing nut M8 and a
washer 8 in diameter on top of the retaining plate.
Adjust, Fig C
Allow the stop on the guide tube to catch. Pull out and
turn.
Push the empty slide table onto the guide tube and allow
the stop to catch again.
Adjust, Fig D
Align the slide table. Use the stop track as a ruler. The
slide table must move parallel to saw or millig table and
at the same height.
Check repeatedly and then tighten the hex bolts of the
mounting plates.
Adjust hf 3000/tfe 30
Bring the slide table to the same level using the adjusting
screws on the screw brackets (Fig. A2) on the front and
rear side of the table.
Check repeatedly and then tighten the hex bolts of the
mounting plates.
Assembling the switch on tk, tkh, tku, Fig. A1
Screw switch to switch plate. Screw the unit onto the
front mounting plate
2 cheese head screws M5 x 15
2 large washers A 5,3
2 hex. nuts M5

Insert stop tube (1) in the pivoting drill hole of the slide
table.
Insert carriage bolt M8 x 65 from above and tighten with
washer by hand.
