Cavi di allacciamento elettrico che presentano tali guasti
non devono essere ed a causa dell’isolamento danneg-
giato sono pericolosissimi.
Motore monofase
• La tensione di alimentazione deve corrispondere alle
indicazione sulla targhetta del motore.
• I cavi di prolungamento fino a 25 m di lunghezza de-
vono disporre di una sezione trasversale di 1,5 mm2,
oltre i 25 m almeno di 2,5 mm2.
Collegamenti e riparazioni dell’attrezzatura elettrica de-
vono essere eseguiti esclusivamente dall’elettricista.
In caso di richiesta di chiarimenti preghiamo di fornire
i dati seguenti:
• Ditta produttrice del motore
• Tipo di corrente del motore
• Dati della targhetta della macchina
• Dati della targhetta dell’inseritore
In caso di rispedizione del motore inviare sempre il grup-
po motore completo di inseritore.
m Manutenzione
Avvertenza! Prima di eseguire i lavori di manutenzione della
segatrice, disinserire la macchina ed estrarre la spina dalla
presa di corrente elettrica.
Generalità
Cerare periodicamente la superficie della tavola di
lavoro,in modo tale che illegno da tagliare possa scivo-
lare meglio sulla stessa.
Motore
Nel caso in cui il cavo per I‘allacciamento alla rete di
alimentazione elettrica fosse rotto, tagliato oppure dan-
neggiato in qualche altro modo, sostituirlo subito. Non
lubrificare i cuscinetti dei motore e le parti interne.
Cuscinetti dei braccio della segatrice
Lubrificare i cuscinetti dei braccio della segatrice rispet-
tivamente ogni 50 ore di esercizio. Procedere come segue
(Fig. 14):
1. Girare la segatrice su un lato.
2. Distribuire abbondantemente I‘olio SAE 20 sull‘e-
stremjta dei gambo e sui cuscjnetti di bronzo.
3. Lasciare penetrare I‘oljo, in questa posizione, durante
la notte.
4. Ripetere, il giorno successjvo, I‘operazione sopraccita-
ta per I‘altro lato della segatrice.
