B.2 Einsetzen des Sägeblatts, Fig. 9–12

• Führen Sie ein Ende des Sägeblattes durch die Boh-

rung im Tisch und führen Sie die Stifte des Sägeblattes

in die Aussparung. Wiederholen Sie den Vorgang an der

oberen Blatthalterung.

• Drücken Sie vor dem Einhängen den oberen Arm der

Säge etwas nach unten (Fig. 9, 10, 13).

• Überprüfen Sie die Position der Blattstifte bei den

Halterungen (Fig. 12).

• Spannen Sie das Blatt mit der Spannschraube (Fig.

11) durch Drehen im Uhrzeigersinn. Über prü fen Sie

die Spannung des Blattes. Drehen Sie weiter im Uhr-

zeigersinn, um das Blatt fester zu spannen.

Grundlagen der Bedienung

Eine Dekupiersäge ist im Grunde genommen ein »Kur-

ven-schneidewerkzeug«, mit dem aber auch gerade und

schrä ge Kantenschnitte vorgenommen werden können.

Vor der In betriebnahme der Sage sollten Sie sich mit

folgenden wichtigen Punkten vertraut machen.

• Die Säge schneidet Holz nicht von allein. Sie müssen

das Holz von Hand gegen das Sägeblatt führen.

• Der Vorgang des Sägens erfolgt nur während der Ab-

wärts bewegung des Sägeblatts.

• Führen Sie das Holz nur langsam gegen das Sägeblatt,

da die Zähne des Sägeblatts klein sind und nur beim

Ab wärtsfahren schneiden.

• Jede Person, die an der Säge arbeitet, bedarf der Ein-

schulung. Während der Schulungszeit kann es, wenn
