Montering
Justering av avretteranslag (Fig. 3)
• Sett klemskruen for avretteranslaget i slissen på side-
veggen A.
• Skyv anslaget sideveis mot skruen til det går i inngrep
B.
• Stram klemskruen (Fig. 4).
• Rett inn slik at anslaget er parallelt med avretterbordet
og stram skruen (Fig. 5).
• Vinkelen justeres ved å løsne stjernegrepsskruen C.
• En presis innstilling kan utføres ved hjelp av skalaen D.
Ta maskinen i bruk
Avtrekk
Ved bruk i lukkede rom må det kobles til et avtrekksanlegg
til sugestussene
Tilkobling av avtrekk ved avretting:
• Løft armen på høvelakselvernet, slik at langhullene lig-
ger fritt G, H (Fig. 6).
• Trekk ut stemplene på begge sider av sugestussen F, I
(Fig. 7).
• Sett tykkelsesbordet i den nederste stillingen og skyv
sugestussen inn i maskinen, til de to stemplene kan
skyves inn i langhullene I, H (Fig. 8).

Ensamblaje
Alineación del bloque de aplanado, Fig. 3
• Ponga el tornillo de abrazadera del bloque de aplanado
en la ranura de la pared lateral A.
• Moviendo el bloque de la Cepilladora/Regruesadora ha-
cia los lados, atornille el tornillo en su sitio B.
• Fije el tornillo de abrazadera (Fig. 4).
• Alinee el bloque de aplanado paralelo a las superficies
emergentes y ajuste los tornillos (Fig. 5).
• Se produce un cambio de ángulo cuando desabrocha el
tornillo del pomo de la empuñadura C.
• Se puede ajustar exactamente basándose en la escala
D.
Funcionamiento inicial
Extracción
Cuando trabaje con el instrumento en una habitación ce-
rrada debe haber un extractor instalado en el soporte de
extracción.
Conexión de la succión cuando se aplana:
• Levante el brazo de la protección del bloque aplanador
para que los agujeros alargados estén descubiertos G, H
(Fig. 6).
• Desenchufe los empujadores de válvula a ambos lados
de la toma de succión F, I (Fig. 7).
• Ponga la tabla de espesor en la posición más baja y
deslice la toma de succión en la máquina hasta que
pueda deslizar ambos empujadores de válvula dentro de
los agujeros alargados H, I (Fig. 8).
