have been marked with this sign.
General Notes
When you unpack the device, check all parts for possible
transport damages. In case of complaints the supplier
is to be informed immediately. Complaints received at a
later date will not be acknowledged.
Check the delivery for completeness.
Read the operating instructions to make yourself famil-
iar with the device prior to using it.
Only use original Woodster parts for accessories as well
as for wearing and spare parts. Spare parts are available
from your specialized dealer.
Specify our part numbers as well as the type and year of
construction of the device in your orders.
In these operating instructions we have marked the places
that have to do with your safety with this sign:
General Safety Rules
Hand on these safety notes to all people working on the
machine. The instructions must be read by every operator
before starting work. During the work, it is too late. This is
especially applicable to personnel not working regularly on
the machine, for instance when doing preparation, adjust-
ing or servicing work.
Observe all safety instructions and warnings attached to
the machine.
See to it that safety instructions and warnings attached
to the machine are always complete and perfectly leg-
ible.
Check all power supply lines. Do not use defective
lines.
Make sure that the machine is set up in a stable posi-
tion on firm ground.
Take care that there is sufficient light on and around the
machine.
Be careful when working: Risk of injury for fingers and
hands through the rotating cutting tool.
When working on the machine, all guards and covers
must be fitted and in working position.
Keep other people, especially children, away from the
working area and from the machine when it is connect-
ed to the power supply.
Make sure children cannot touch the machine not in
use.
Do not overload the machine and only use it within the

Instructions générales
Vérifier dès la livraison, quaucune pièce n’ait été dété-
riorée pendant le transport. En cas de clamation, in-
former aussitôt le livreur. Nous ne pouvons tenir compte
des réclamations ultérieures.
Vérifier que la livraison soit bien complète.
Familiarisez-vous avec la machine avant la mise en œu-
vre par l'étude du guide d’utilisation.
Pour les accessoires et les pièces standard, n’utiliser
que des pièces d’origine. Vous trouverez les pièces de
rechange chez votre commerçant spécialisé.
Lors de commandes, donnez nos numéros d’article, ain-
si que le type et l’année de fabrication de la machine.

Consignes de sécurité
Faites passer les consignes de sécurité à toutes les per-
sonnes travaillant sur la machine. Avant de commencer
à travailler, l’utilisateur doit lire le manuel et particul-
rement les instructions de sécurité. Pendant le travail, il
est trop tard. Ceci est spécialement important pour les
personnes ne travaillant à la machine qu’occasionnelle-
ment (travaux de préparation, entretien, etc.).
Observer toutes les consignes relatives à la sécuriet
au danger fixées sur la machine.
Veiller à ce que toutes les plaques d’avertissement re-
latives à la sécuriet au danger sur la machine soient
toujours complètes et bien lisibles.
Vérifier les conducteurs de raccordement au réseau. Ne
pas utiliser de cordon défectueux.
Lors du montage de la raboteuse, veiller à ce que celle-
ci repose sur un support stable.
A la place de travail et dans son environnement il faut
de la lumière suffisante.
Attention pendant le travail: Risque de blessure aux
doigts et aux mains au contact de l'arbre rotative du
rabot.
Lors du travail sur la machine, tous les dispositifs pro-
tecteurs doivent être montés.
Tenir les enfants et d'autres personnes à distance quand
la machine est branchée au réseau.
Faire attention à ce que les enfants n’ont pas d’accès à
la machine inutilisée.
