Visser la partie pivotante et le bloc de glissement

1 Disque Ø 6,4

1 Levier de blocage M 6

Monter le rail de butée à la partie pivotante

2 Vis à tête sphérique M 6 x 25

2 Écrous papillon M 6

Utiliser le gabarit de coupe transversale à gauche ou à droite

de la lame de scie, en fonction du besoin.

Le blocage à 0° ainsi qu’à 45° se fait au moyen de la goupille de

sécurité et du levier de blocage.

Rallonge de table

Monter la rallonge de table et visser les vis uniquement à force

de main.

11 Vis hexagonale M8x16

16 Disque Ø8

5 Écrou hexagonal M8

Avec deux lattes en bois droites ou quelque chose de similaire,

aligner la rallonge de table de façon plane par rapport à la

table de scie et serrer toutes les vis.

Monter le support de tuyau et raccorder le tuyau d’aspiration

Ø 50

Votre scie circulaire à table Precisa 6.0 est maintenant montée.

Installer et ajuster

Veillez à ce que votre scie circulaire à table Scheppach ts 4020

soit installée de manière droite et stable sur un fondement

solide. Compenser les inégalités au sol.

A cet effet, au niveau des pieds de bâti

• Desserrer l’écrou hexagonal (1)

• Procéder à la compensation de hauteur

• Serrer l’écrou hexagonal (1)

Avec les tampons en caoutchouc retirés, la machine peut être

vissée aux forages au sol.
