Dust emission parameters
The dust emission parameters measured according to
the principles for measuring dust emissions (concen-
tration parameters) for woodworking machines speci-
ed by the German wood professional committee, are
below 2 mg/m³. Dust emissions can therefore be con-
tinuously kept within the range allowed under currently
valid German regulations by connectingh the machine
to a vacuum exhaust system with an airow speed of
at least 20 m/s.
Depending on the particular type of work piece, the
stress values of the manufacturer must be observed.
General Notes
When you unpack the device, check all parts for
possible transport damages. In case of complaints
the supplier is to be informed immediately. Complaints
received at a later date will not be acknow ledged.
Check the delivery for completeness.
Read the operating instructions to make yourself
familiar with the device prior to using it.
Only use original scheppach parts for accessories as
well as for wearing and spare parts. Spare parts are
available from your specialized dealer.
Specify our part numbers as well as the type and year
of construction of the device in your orders.
Before commissioning, be aware of the safety notices.
All protective and auxiliary equipment, especially the
guard must be attached. Carry out work such as re-
tooling, adjusting, measuring and cleaning only when
the motor is switched off. Disconnect the mains plug!

m General Safety Rules
Hand on these safety notes to all people working on
the machine. The instructions must be read by every
operator before starting work. During the work, it is too
late. This is especially applicable to personnel not work-
ing regularly on the machine, for instance when doing
preparation, adjusting or servicing work.
1. Keep work area clear
Cluttered areas and benches invite injuries.
2. Consider work area environment
Do not expose tools to rain.
Do not use tools in damp or wet locations.
Keep work area well lit.
Do not use tools in the presence of ammable
liquids or gases.
3. Guard against electric shock
Avoid body contact with earthed or grounded
surfaces (e.g. pipes, radiators, ranges,

Lors du contrôle des émissions de poussière produites
par les machines à bois, la valeur admissible ( concen-

En raccordant la machine à un système d’aspiration
réglementaire dont la vitesse d’air est d’au moins 20
m/s, il est donc possible de respecter durablement et
de façon sûre les valeurs limites TRK d’émission de
poussière de bois applicables en République Fédérale
d’Allemagne.
Selon le matériau traité, il faut observer les valeurs
limites indiquées par le fabricant.
Instructions générales
Vériez dès la livraison, qu’aucune pièce n’ait
été détériorée pendant le transport. En cas de
réclamation, informez immédiatement le livreur et
faites les réserves nécessaires, aucune réclamation
ultérieure ne pourra être prise en compte.
Vériez que la livraison est bien complète.
Familiarisez-vous avec l’appareil à l’aide de la notice
d’utilisation avant de l’utiliser.
N’utilisez que des pièces d’origine, consommables,
pièces de rechange et accessoires que vous trouverez
chez votre revendeur habituel.
Pour commander des pièces indiquez toujours le type et la
référence de la machine ainsi que son année de fabrication.
Avant la mise en route, veillez à tenir compte des
informations concernant la sécurité. Rous les
dispositifs de protection et d’aide au fonctionnement
doivent être en place et en état de fonctionnement.
Les travaux de réglage ,de mesure et de nettoyage ne
doivent être effectués que lorsque l’appareil est arrêté
et débranché du réseau.

Faites passer les consignes de sécurité à toutes
les personnes travaillant sur la machine. Avant
de commencer à travailler, l’utilisateur doit lire
le manuel et particulièrement les instructions de
sécurité. Pendant le travail, il est trop tard. Ceci
est spécialement important pour les personnes ne
travaillant avec la machine qu’occasionnellement
(travaux de préparation, entretien, etc.).
1 Maintenez de l’ordre dans votre domaine de travail
Le désordre dans le domaine de travail augmente
le risque d‘accident.
2 Tenez compte de l’environnement du domaine de
travail
N‘exposez pas les outils électriques a la pluie.
N‘utilisez pas d‘outils électriques dans un envi-
ronnement humide ou mouille.
