9. SICHERHEITSREGELN

Der manuelle Vorschub muss kontinuierlich, regelmäßig und
ohne Ruck erfolgen. Hartholz oder hohe Werkstücke werden
langsamer zugeführt.
- Halten Sie Hände und Finger immer von dem Werkzeug fern.
- Arbeiten Sie mit sauberen und fettfreien Händen.
- Lassen Sie ein Werkstück während des Sägens nie los.
- Vermeiden Sie unbequeme Stellungen bei denen die Hände
gegen das Schneidwerkzeug gleiten könnten.
- Beugen Sie sich nicht über das laufende Werkzeug.
- Entfernen Sie nie Holzabfälle, die sich am Werkzeug
befinden, solange die Maschine läuft.
- Führen Sie auf dem Maschinentisch keine Arbeiten durch
(Anreißen, Zusammenfügen oder Vorbereiten) solange die
Maschine läuft.
- Verwenden Sie nach Möglichkeit Zwingen oder einen
Schraubstock um das Werkstück zu halten.
- Das ist sicherer als das Benutzen der Hände.
- Behalten Sie immer einen sicheren Stand und Ihr Glei-
chgewicht.
- Halten Sie die Schneidwerkzeuge scharf und sauber, um
eine gute und sichere Leistung zu erzielen.
- Tauschen Sie zweifelhafte oder beschädigte Werkzeuge sofort
aus.
- Verwenden Sie immer korrekt geschliffene Werkzeuge und
achten Sie auf die Drehrichtung. Ein stumpfes Werkzeug kann
zu Rückschlag führen.
- Befolgen Sie die Vorschriften über Schmierung und
Werkzeugwechsel.
- Überprüfen Sie von Zeit zu Zeit das Stromkabel. Wenn
es beschädigt ist, lassen Sie es durch einen anerkannten
Fachmann auswechseln.
- Überprüfen Sie von Zeit zu Zeit das Verlängerungskabel und
tauschen Sie es aus, wenn es beschädigt ist.
- Halten Sie die Handgriffe trocken, sauber und frei von Fett
und Öl.
- Trennen Sie die Maschine vom Netz bei Wartungsarbeiten
und Werkzeug- oder Zubehörwechsel.
- Machen Sie es sich zur Gewohnheit zu überprüfen, ob
alle Schlüssel von der Maschine entfernt sind, bevor Sie die
Maschine einschalten.
- Vergewissern Sie sich, dass der Schalter auf AUS steht,
bevor Sie den Stecker in die Steckdose stecken.
- Feeding must occur continuously, regularly and without jerks.
Hard wood or high work pieces must be fed slower.
- Keep your hands and fingers away from the tool.
- Work with clean and non-greasy hands.
- Never release the work piece during working.
- Avoid awkward positions of your body where-at the hands
could glide against the cutting tool.
- Do not bend over the running tool.
- Never remove wood waste close to the tool while the
machine is running.
- Do not do any auxiliary work on the machine (measuring,
joining or preparing) as long as the machine is running.
1. Holding the work piece
- Where-ever possible, use clamps or a vice for holding the
work piece.
- This is safer than using your hands.
2. Do not guess about your forces
- Always keep your balance and stand firmly on the ground.
3. Service your tools with care
- Maintain your cutting tools sharp and clean in order to get a
good and safe performance.
- Replace immediately any dubious or damaged tools.
- Always use correctly sharpened tools, minding the turning
direction. A blunt tool can cause backlash.
- Observe the instructions regarding greasing, lubrication and
tool changing.
- Check from time to time the electric cable. If it is damaged,
have it replaced by an authorized expert.
- Check the extension cable from time to time and replace it
if it is damaged.
- Keep the handles dry, clean and free from grease and oil.
4. Disconnecting the machine from the power supply
- Disconnect the machine from the power supply before
starting maintenance work or changing tools or accessories.
5. Remove the adjustment keys
- Make it a habit to check whether all the keys have been
removed from the machine before switching it on.
6. Avoid any precipitated switching on
- Make sure that the switch is on OFF position before putting
the plug into the socket.
