dle down slowly, cutting through the leading edge of
the workpiece.
• Slowly move the saw handle toward the fence, com-
pleting the cut.
• Release the switch and allow the blade to stop spin-
ning before allowing the cutting head to raise.
Carrying the Tool
• Loosen the mitre lock knob and turn the table all the
way to the right. Lock the table at 45° mitre angle.
• Pull the cutting head to the front of the saw, then lock
the carriage.
• Lower the cutting head and push in the lock pin.
• Carry this mitre saw with the built-in carry handle and
the side of the base.
Replacing the saw blade (Fig. 6.1, 6.2, 6.3)
Disconnect from the main power source.
1 Move the saw aggregate in the position “Chopping”
2 Unlock the moveable saw-blade cover and lift it until
the screw (A) is visible. (Fig. 6.1), Remove the screw
(A).
3 Move the saw blade cover backwards until the saw-
blade flange (C) becomes visible (Fig. 6.2).
4 Press the locking key (21) (Fig. 6.3).
5 Turn the saw blade until the locking key engages and
keep it pressed.
6 Loosen the saw-blade locking screw (C) (Caution:
left-handed thread), Remove screw (B) and saw-blade
flange).
7 Take out the saw blade carefully (Danger of injury due
to saw blade teeth).
8 Position a new saw blade on the inner saw-blade flange.
Mind the direction of rotation of the saw blade.
9 Put on the outer saw-blade flange (C).
10 Tighten screw (B) firmly by keeping the locking key
pressed.
11 Return the saw-blade cover to the correct position and
tighten the slotted screw (A).
12 Check the function.

Transport de la scie
• Desserrer la molette de blocage d’onglet et faire pivo-
ter le plateau vers la droite aussi loin qu’il peut aller.
Bloquer le plateau à un angle d’onglet de 45°.
• Tirer la tête de coupe vers l’avant de la scie et bloquer
le chariot.
• Abaisser la tête de scie et enclencher la goupille de
sécurité.
• Transporter la scie par la poignée de transport incor-
porée et le côté du socle.
Remplacement de la lame de scie (Fig. 6.1, 6.2, 6.3)
Débrancher la fiche d'alimentation.
1 Mettre le groupe de scie en position "tronçonnage".
2 Déverrouiller la protection mobile de la lame de scie
et soulever jusqu'à ce que la vis (A) soit visible. (Fig.
6.1), enlever la vis (A).
3 Pousser la protection de la lame de scie vers l'arrière
jusqu'à ce que la bride de la lame de scie (C) soit
visible (Fig. 6.2).
4 Appuyer sur la touche de verrouillage (21) (Fig.
6.3).
5 Tourner la lame de scie jusqu'à ce que la touche de
verrouillage s'enclenche et maintenir pressée.
6 Desserrage de la vis de fixation de la lame de scie (C)
(Attention : filetage à gauche), enlever vis (B) et bride
de la lame de scie (C).
7 Enlever la lame de scie avec précaution (risque de
blessure par les dents de la scie).
8 Placer une lame de scie neuve sur la bride intérieure
de la lame de scie, Tenir compte du sens de rotation
de la lame de scie.
9 Poser la bride extérieure de la lame de scie (C).
10 Bien serrer la vis (B) tout en maintenant la touche
de verrouillage.
11 Remettre la protection de la lame de scie dans la
position correcte et serrer la vis à fente (A).
12 Vérifier le fonctionnement.
