13. Pitkittäisvasteen asennus (Kuva 16)

Pistä nyt pitkittäisvaste kipin sivulla ole-

vaan reikään, aseta toivottu pituus skaa-

lalla ja kiinnitä se asetusruuvilla.

14. Kipin pidennysosan asennus (Kuva

17)

Pistä kipin pidennysosa reikään kipin va-

semmalla puolella ja suorista se siten,

että polttopuu makaa hyvin sen päällä.

Kiinnitä sen jälkeen pidennysosa asetus-

ruuvilla.

15. Pistokeyhdistelmän /päälle- /pois

päältä kytkimen asennus (Kuva 18)

Kiinnitysosat:

4 kpl ristipääruuveja M 4 x 55

4 kpl levyjä D 4mm

Asenna pistokeyhdistelmä moottorilevyl-

le neljällä ruuvilla ja kiristä ne.

Käyttöönotto

Noudata turvallisuushuomautuksia en-

nen käyttöönottoa.

• Koneen liukuminen tulee estää lattiapa-

neelin reikiin asetettavien maapiikkien

avulla, jos lattia on epätasainen.

• Kaikkien suoja- ja apulaitteiden on oltava

asennettuina

• Tarkasta kippisisäkkeen (16) kuluneisuus

ja vaihda se tarvittaessa.

• Tarkasta kippi (2), jonka on itsekseen pa-

lattava takaisin lähtöasentoon.

• Tarkasta sahanterän oikea asento ja oi-

kea pyörimissuunta.

• Tee osienvaihto-, säätö-, mittaus- ja

puhdistustöitä vain kun moottori on py-

sähtynyt. Vedä verkkopistoke pois pis-

torasiasta ja odota pyörivän työkalun

pysähtymistä.

13. Langsaanslag monteren (afb. 16)

Steek nu de langsaanslag in de boring

aan de zijkant van de kanteltafel, stel de

gewenste lengte in op de schaal en blok-

keer met de stelschroef.

14. Tafelverlenging monteren (afb. 17)

Steek de tafelverlenging in de opening

aan de linkerkant van de kanteltafel en

plaats deze zo, dat het brandhout er

goed op ligt. Daarna blokkeert u de tafel-

verlenging met de verstelschroef.

15. Stekkercombinatie/Aan-uitschake-

laar monteren (afb. 18)

Bevestigingsmateriaal:

4 st. zeskantbouten M4x55

4 st. carrosseriering D 4mm

Monteer de stekkercombinatie aan de

motorplaat met 4 schroeven en draai

deze goed vast.

Ingebruikname

Lees voor de inbedrijfname de veilig-

heidsinstructies.

• De machine moet indien de vloer niet

vlak is, met vloerankers door de gaten

in de vloerplaat beschermd worden te-

gen glijden.

• Alle beschermings- en hulpvoorzienin-

gen dienen gemonteerd te zijn.

• Controleer het kantelinzetstuk (16) op

slijtage; indien nodig vervangen.

• Controleer de kanteltafel (2); deze moet

zelfstandig in de uitgangspositie terug-

keren.

• Controleer of het zaagblad goed vastzit

en in de juiste richting draait.
