Omejitev hoda, sl. 1.1

Pri kratkih drveh za cepljenje je smiselno, da omejite

hod tlačne plošče 2. V ta namen pritisnite hidravlično

ročico 10 in sprožilni gumb 7 ter tlačno ploščo 2 poma-

knete tik pred drva za cepljenje.

Sedaj spustite sprožilni gumb, nastavite obroč za ome-

jitev hoda 13 na ohišje in ga zategnite. Nato lahko spet

spustite hidravlično ročico.

Tlačna plošča sedaj ostane v izbranem položaju.

Nepravilno podajanje, sl. 2

Drva za cepljenje vedno polagajte ravno na naležno po-

vršino! Ne smejo zdrsniti ali se postaviti poševno. Cepilni

klin se preobremeni, če se postopek cepljenja ne izvrši

po celotnem rezilu, temveč samo po zgornjem delu.

Nikoli ne cepite več kosov hkrati! Obstaja nevarnost, da

se eden od delov nenadzorovano pospeši. Velika nevar-

nost poškodb!

Zataknjena drva za cepljenje, sl. 3, 4

Nikoli ne poskušajte izbiti zataknjenih drv iz vašega stro-

ja scheppach. To lahko povzroči nesreče in poškodbe

na napravi. Naredite naslednje:

1. Tlačno ploščo pomaknite nazaj v začetni položaj.

2. Postavite zagozdo pod drva za cepljenje, kot je prika-

zano na sliki.

3. Sprožite postopek cepljenja, tako da tlačna plošča

potisne zagozdo daleč pod drva za cepljenje, ki jih je

treba izvleči.

4. Ponavljajte zgornje korake z novimi zagozdami tako

dolgo, dokler se drva za cepljenje ne potisnejo nav-

zgor iz stroja.
