General Notes

• Whenyouunpackthedevice,checkallpartsforpossible

transport damages. In case of complaints the supplier

is to be informed immediately. Complaints received at a

later date will not be acknow ledged.

• Checkthedeliveryforcompleteness.

• Readtheoperatinginstructionstomakeyourselffamil-

iar with the device prior to using it.

• Onlyuse originalScheppach parts for accessories as

well as for wearing and spare parts. Spare parts are

available from your specialized dealer.

• Specifyourpartnumbersaswellasthetypeandyearof

construction of the device in your orders.

m General Safety Rules

• Observeallsafetyinstructionsandwarningsattachedto

the machine.

• Seetoitthatsafetyinstructionsandwarningsattached

to the machine are always complete and perfectly leg-

ible.

• Thesafetymechanismonthemachinemaynotbere-

moved or disengaged.

• Checkallpowersupplies.Donotusedefectivelines.

• Beforeinitialoperationchecktobesurethetwohanded

operation is properly functioning.

• Operatingpersonnelmustbeatleast18yearsofage.

Trainees must be at least 16 years of age, but may only

operate the machine under adult supervision.

• Alwayswearearprotectionandworkgloveswhenwork-

ing.

• Cautionwhenworking:Thereisadangertongersand

hands from the splitting tool.

• Forheavyorcumbersomepieces,usetheappropriate

working aids for bracing.

• Cleaning,changingandsettingofthemachinemayonly

be carried out when the motor is switched off. Pull the

power supply plug.

• Connection,maintennaceandrepairworkontheelec-

trical installation my be carried out only by qualiﬁed

personnel.

• Allprotectionandsafetydevicesmustbereplacedafter

completing repair and maintenance procedures.

• Whenleavingtheworkplace,switchthemotoroffand

pull the power supply plug.

• Nevertrytochangethetwohandfunctionalityofyour

Scheppach machine. Thus you increase the risk of ac-

cidents.

• Après le déballage, contrôler toutes les pièces pour

constater d’éventuels dommages de transport. En cas

de réclamations, il faut immédiatement contacter l’en-

treprise de sous-traitance. D’éventuelles réclamations

ultérieures ne sont pas reconnues.

• Contrôlerl’intégralitédelalivraison.

• S’initieràlamachineàl’aidedesinstructionsdeservice

avant de l’utiliser.

• Utiliseruniquementdespiècesd’originepourlesacces-

soires ainsi que pour les pièces d’usure et de rechange.

Les pièces de rechange son disponibles auprès de votre

commerçant spécialisé.

• Pour passer des commandes, indiquer nos numéros

d’article ainsi que le type et l’année de construction de

la machine

• Respecter toutes les consignes de sécurité et toutes

les indications de danger ﬁgurant sur la machine et les

maintenir dans un état lisible.

• Nepasdémonterniponterlefonctionnementdesdis-

• Vérierles conduites de branchement ausecteur. Ne

pasutiliserdelsdéfectueux.VoirBranchementélec-

trique.

• Vérierlebonfonctionnementdelacommandeàdeux

mains avant de mettre la machine en route.

• L‘opérateurdoitavoiraumoins18ans.Desapprentis

doivent avoir au moins 16 ans, ils doivent toutefois tou-

jours travailler sous surveillance sur la machine.

• Porterdesgantslorsdetravauxsurlamachine.

• Travailleravecprudence:l’outildefenteprésentedes

risques de blessures pour les doigts et les mains.

• Utiliserdesmoyensdesecoursappropriéspoursoutenir

les pièces lourdes ou peu maniables lors de la fente.

• Lemoteurdoittoujoursêtreàl’arrêtpoureffectuerdes

travaux de changement d’outillage, de réglage, de me-

sure et de nettoyage. Débrancher le cordon d’alimenta-

tion.

• Lestravauxd’installation,deréparationetdemainte-

nance sur l’installation électrique sont strictement ré-

servés aux personnes qualiﬁées.

• Touslesdispositifsdeprotectionetdesécuritédoivent

être remontés immédiatement après achèvement des

travaux de réparation et de maintenance.

• Toujourscouperlemoteuravantdequitterlepostede

travail. Débrancher le cordon d‘alimentation.
