Avant de commencer le travail, s’assurer que tous les
dispositifs de protection et de sécurité sont montés sur
la machine.
La machine est conçue pour être opérée par une seule
personne. A l’intérieur de la zone de travail, l’opérateur
est responsable vis-à-vis de tiers.
Observer toutes les instructions de sécurité et de pro-
tection sur la machine.
Conserver toutes les instructions relatives à la sécurité
et aux dangers sur la machine complètes et parfaite-
ment lisibles.
Pour l’exécution standard de la machine, les dimen-
sions maximales des pièces à usiner ne doivent pas dé-
passer les dimensions de la table.
Dans le cas de dimensions plus grandes des pièces à
usiner et qui permettent un basculement au bord du
plateau de la table, il y a lieu d’utiliser l’allongement de
table et/ou le chariot (accessoires spéciaux).
En cas d’utilisation dans des locaux fermés, la machine
doit être équipée d’une installation d’aspiration.
La machine ne doit être utilisée que si elle est tech-
niquement en parfait état. Elle doit être utilisée con-
formément à l’usage prévu, compte tenu des instruc-
tions d’utilisation et dans le respect des instructions de
sécurité ! éliminer (ou faire éliminer) immédiatement
surtout les pannes susceptibles de compromettre la sé-
curité !
Il convient d’observer les prescriptions de sécurité, de
travail et de maintenance du fabricant ainsi que les
dimensions indiquées dans le caractéristiques techni-
ques.
Il convient d’observer les prescriptions applicables de
prévention des accidents ainsi que les autres règles de
sécurité technique généralement reconnues.
L’utilisation, la maintenance et la réparation de la ma-
chine sont réservées aux personnes qui la connaissent
bien et ont reçu une formation leur permettant d’ap-
précier les dangers. Toute modification arbitraire de la
machine dégage le fabricant de sa responsabilité pour
les dommages pouvant être causés.
La machine ne doit être utilisée qu’avec les accessoires
et outils d’origine en provenance du fabricant.
Attention: L’emploi d’outils ou d’accessoires autres que
ceux spécifiés dans les instructions d’utilisation peut
entraîner des risques de blessure pour vous.
Toute autre utilisation est considérée comme ne cor-
respondant pas à l’usage prévu. Le fabricant n’est pas
responsable des dommages en découlant ; l’utilisateur
seul en porte la responsabilité.
Utiliser des dispositifs ou colliers de serrage pour main-
tenir la pièce à usiner. Cela est plus sûr que d’utiliser
les mains et vos deux mains restent libres pour con-
duire la machine.
Ne vous penchez pas trop en avant.
Toujours rester debout sur le sol et veiller à bien conser-
ver l’équilibre.
Soyez toujours bien concentré sur votre travail. Faites
toujours prévaloir la raison. Ne travaillez pas sur la ma-
chine si vous êtes fatigué ou si vous êtes sous l’effet de
drogues ou d’alcool.
Vérifier s’il y a des pièces endommagées sur la machine.

The maximum dimension of the work pieces which can
be worked on may not exceed the table size during the
standard version.
With larger work piece dimensions, tipping of the bench
top is possible by table extension and/or using the roll
support (option).
For work in closed areas the machine must be attached
to a ventilation system.
Use the machine only in technically perfect as well as
intended condition following the safety and drive-con-
scious conditions of manual use! In particular, breaks
of safety must be impaired and immediately eliminated
(leave)!
Safety -, Work and servicing instructions of the man-
ufacturer as well as the dimensions indicated in the
technical data must be maintained.
The applicable rules for the prevention of accidents and
other generally recognized safety-relevant rules must be
followed.
The machine may only be used or repaired by peo-
ple trusted and informed about the hazards. Arbitrary
changes to the machine exclude the responsibility of
the manufacturer for damage resulting from it.
The machine may be used only with original accessories
and original tools from the manufacturer.
Attention: The use of tools or accessories other than
those given in the operating instructions can mean a
danger of injury to you.
Each use going beyond the instructions is not consid-
ered as intended. For damage resulting from such, the
manufacturer is not responsible; the risk for this is only
undertaken by the user.
Use clamps or fastening clamps in order to hold the
work piece. This is safer than the use of hands and
allows both hands to remain free to operate the ma-
chine.
Do not lean too far forward.
Always stand firmly on the ground and maintain your
balance.
Always concentrate on the work. Think. Do not work on
the machine if you are tired or under the influence of
drugs or alcohol.
Examine the machine for damaged parts. If a safety
device or another part is damaged, check carefully
whether it is still functioning correctly before you con-
tinue working. Examine the escape of the mobile parts
and make free-up their movement. Make sure that no
breaks, tears or other conditions are present which can
impair functioning. A damaged safety device or other
damaged part must be repaired or replaced by a recog-
nized customer service partner as far as nothing differ-
ent is indicated in the operating instructions.
