Cutting techniques
Cut out thick branches with loppers before using the
hedge trimmer.
The double-sided safety cutter bar enables cutting
in both directions or from one side to the other using
a pendulum movement.
When cutting vertically, evenly move the hedge trim-
mer forwards or up and down in an arching move-
ment.
When cutting horizontally, move the battery-powered
hedge trimmer in a sickle shape from the edge of the
hedge so that cut off branches can fall to the ground.
In order to cut long straight lines, we recommend
setting up a string line.
Have the equipment checked if necessary.
Switch off the equipment when not in use.
