6.2 Einstellung der Schnitttiefe (45A)

Mit dem Griff (L) wird die höhe des Eingabetisches nach gewünschter

Schnittiefe (Höhenunterschied der Tische) eingestellt.

Eine Gradeinteilung = 1 mm

Der Tisch mit dem Griff (F) blockieren

6.2 Réglage de la profondeur de passe (45A)

Avec la poignée (L) régler le niveau de la table d’entrée selon la profondeur

de passe à obtenir (différence de niveau entre les tables)

Une graduation = 1 mm

Bloquer la table avec la poignée (F).

6.2 Adjusting the cut depth (45A)

Adjust the height of the entry table with the handle (L)to the desired cut

depth (height difference between tables).

One graduation = 1 mm

6.0 Using the machine as a surface planer (44 and 44A)

Move down the thicknessing table (G) in order to insert the extraction unit

guard (Q).

Fit the extraction unit guard (Q) on the thicknessing table (G) until the

screw. Rise the thicknessing table in order to block lightly the extraction unit

guard. See sure that the extraction unit guard is well positioned (nozzle aspi-

ring of the extraction unit guard on the adsjusting handwheel side).

Introduce the bayonet key (F) in the lock which is in the table and bolt

making a quarter turn.

Without correct locking, the machine can not work (electrical circuit broken).

Place the level (R) in disengaged position to avoid unnecessary turning of

the feed rollers

Réglage en profondeur ( ) suivant la largeur du bois à travail-

ler.

Adjust the depth ( ) according to the width of the wood piece.

6.0 Abrichtmaschine (44 und 44A)

Rostchutzschicht der Antriebswelle mit Petroleum entfernen.

Hobeltisch (G) nach unten drehen so daß die Spanschutzhaube (Q)

eingeführt werden kann.

Spanschutzhaube (Q) bis zum Anschlag einführen, Hobeltisch (G)

wieder nach oben drehen bis diese leicht geklemmt ist. Dabei muss

auf die richtige Positionierung geachtet werden. (Absaugstutzen der

Spanschutzhaube auf seite des Hobeltischs Einstellrad).

Bajonettschlüssel (F) in das im Abricht Tisch bendliche Schloss ein-

führen und durch eine Viertelumdrehung verriegeln.

Ohne korrekte Verriegelung, kann die Maschine nicht gestartet werden

(da der Stromkreis unterbrochen ist)

Um unnötige Abnützung zur vermeiden, die Vorschubswalzen durch

Hebel (R) auskuppeln

6.0 Dégauchisseuse (44 et 44A)

La protection anti-rouille de l’arbre s’enlève avec du pétrole.

Descendre la table de rabotage (G) de manière à pouvoir engager le

protecteur éjecteur de copeaux (Q).

Engager le protecteur éjecteur de copeaux (Q) sur la table de rabotage

jusqu’à la butée. Remonter la table de rabotage (G) de manière à blo-

quer légèrement le protecteur éjecteur de copeaux. Dans ces opéra-

tions, veiller au juste positionnement (buse d’aspiration du protecteur

éjecteur de copeau du côté de la manivelle de montée et descente).

Introduire la poignée baïonnette (F) dans la serrure (E) qui se trouve

dans la table, et verrouiller en tournant d’un quart de tour.

Sans verrouillage correct, la machine ne peut fonctionner (circuit électri-

que interrompu).

Pour éviter de fair tourner inutilement les rouleaux d’avance, débrayer le

levier (R)
