Sollten Probleme bei der Verwendung des TV-Gerätes auftreten, versuchen Sie bitte
zuerst mithilfe der folgenden Tipps das Problem zu beheben. Sollten Sie das
Problem damit nicht beheben können, kontaktieren Sie einen qualifizierten
Fachmann.
Öffnen Sie keinesfalls das Gerät – im Gerät herrscht Stromspannung die zu
Kurzschlüssen oder Verletzungen führen kann. Jedes selbstständige öffnen des
Gerätes führt automatisch zum Verlust des Garantieanspruches.
Das Gerät funktioniert nicht
- Überprüfen Sie ob das Gerät mit der Stromsteckdose verbunden ist
- Überprüfen Sie ob der Strom in Ihrer Wohnung eingeschaltet ist
- Überprüfen Sie ob Sie das Gerät eingeschaltet haben
Kein Bild und kein Ton
- Haben Sie den Sendersuchlauf betätigt
- Haben Sie auf den richtigen Kanal geschaltet
- Haben Sie die Zusatzgeräte eingeschaltet
- Kontrollieren Sie ob das Scartkabel richtig angeschlossen ist
Ton, aber kein Bild
- kontrollieren Sie ob das Scartkabel oder andere Kabel richtig verbunden sind
Bild, aber kein Ton
- Drücken Sie die Lautstärketaste (+)
- Lautlosmodus aktiviert? Drücken Sie den Lautlosknopf!
Die Fernbedienung funktioniert nicht
- Stellen Sie fest, ob ein Gegenstand zwischen Fernbedienung und dem Gerät
ist, welches das Signal der Fernbedienung stört.
- Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Batterien in richtiger Position platziert sind.
- Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Fernbedienung im Fernsehmodus eingestellt ist.
- Legen Sie neue Batterien ein.
Das Bild erscheint langsam nach dem Aufdrehen
- Das ist normal, da der Fernseher und das Bild erst warmlaufen müssen. Sollte
das Bild innerhalb von fünf Minuten nicht erscheinen, kontaktieren Sie das
Service Center.
Keine oder zu schwache Farben oder schlechtes Bild
- Wählen Sie im Bildmenü „Farbe“ aus und drücken Sie die > Taste.
- Lassen Sie genügend Abstand zwischen Videorekorder und dem
Fernsehgerät.
- Aktivieren Sie die Funktion zur Einstellung der Helligkeit des Bildes.
Horizontale/ vertikale Streifen oder wackliges Bild
- Stellen Sie fest, ob lokale Interferenzen, wie z. B. Stromstörungen gibt.
