Feine Weine bedürfen einer langen und schonenden
Entwicklung und besonderer Bedingungen, um ihr
volles Potenzial zu entfalten.
Alle Weine reifen bei der gleichen Temperatur, d.h.
einer konstanten Temperatur, die zwischen 12 ºC und
14 ºC liegt. Lediglich d

Weinbewertung variiert je nach Art der Weine (siehe
oben „Temperaturschema Weinausschank“).
Da es sich um natürliche Weinkühler handelt, die von
den Weinbauern für eine lange Lagerzeit genutzt
werden, ist nicht die genaue Temperatur, sondern ihre
Konsistenz von Bedeutung. Mit anderen Worten:
Solange die Temperatur in Ihrem Weinkühler konstant
ist (zwischen 12 ºC und 14 ºC), werden Ihre Weine
unter perfekten Bedingungen gelagert.
Nicht alle Weine werden sich im Laufe der Jahre
verbessern.
Einige sollten in einem frühen Stadium konsumiert
werden (2 bis 3 Jahre), während andere über eine
enorme Alterungsfähigkeit verfügen (50 Jahre und
älter). Alle Weine haben einen Spitzenwert in der
Reife. Erkundigen Sie sich bei Ihrem Weinhändler, um
die relevanten Informationen zu erhalten.
IMPORTANT TEMPERATURE INFORMATION

Fine wines require a long and gentle development and
special conditions to reach their full potential.
All wines mature at the same temperature, i.e. a
constant temperature between 12 ºC and 14 ºC. Only
the temperature of the wine rating varies depending
on the type of wines (see above "Temperature scheme
wine serving").
Since these are natural wine coolers used by wine
growers for a long storage period, it is not the exact
temperature but its consistency that is important. In
other words, as long as the temperature in your wine
cooler is constant (between 12 ºC and 14 ºC), your
wines will be stored in perfect conditions.
Not all wines will improve over the years.
Some should be consumed at an early stage (2 to 3
years), while others have a tremendous ageing
capacity (50 years and older). All wines have a peak in
maturity. Check with your wine merchant for the
relevant information.
