TIPPS UND HINWEISE
Bei einem Stromausfall öffnen Sie die Türe des Weinkühlers
nur wenn unbedingt notwendig. Legen Sie während dieser
Zeit keine neue, ungekühlte Ware nach.
Wenn der Weinkühler für längere Zeit nicht genutzt wird,
nehmen Sie alle Ware aus dem Weinkühler und trennen Sie
diesen von der Stromversorgung, indem Sie den Netzstecker
ziehen.
Reinigen Sie den Innenraum und trocknen Sie diesen
anschließend gut ab, um die Bildung von Gerüchen und
Schimmel zu verhindern. Halten Sie die Türe danach offen,
um sicherzustell
en, dass sich im Innenraum keine
Feuchtigkeit mehr befindet oder entwickelt.
Wenn der Weinkühler transportiert werden muss, trennen
Sie diesen von der Stromversorgung, indem Sie den
Netzstecker ziehen. Achten Sie beim Transport darauf, dass
die Stellfüße d
es Weinkühlers das Stromkabel nicht
beschädigen und das diese beim Transport nirgendwo
anstoßen.
Wird der Weinkühler zwischengelagert, so, besorgen Sie sich
kleine Stückchen Holz oder Ähnliches, welche Sie zwischen
den Türen und dem Innenraum befestigen, u

verhindern, dass die Türe komplett schließen kann!

If the wine cooler is not going to be used for a long time,
remove all the goods from the wine cooler and disconnect it
from the power supply by pulling out the mains plug.
Clean the interior and then dry it well to prevent odours and
mould from forming. Keep the door open afterwards to
make sure that there is no more moisture in the interior or
that it is developing.
If the wine cooler has to be transported, disconnect it from
the power supply by pulling out the mains plug. When
transporting the wine cooler, make sure that the adjustable
feet do not damage the power cable and that they do not
bump against anything during transport.
If the wine cooler is to be stored temporarily, get small pieces
of wood or similar to fix between the doors and the interior
to prevent the door from closing completely!

Feine Weine bedürfen einer langen und schonenden

Alle Weine reifen bei der gleichen Temperatur, d.h. einer
konstanten Temperatur, die zwischen 12 ºC und 14 ºC liegt.
Lediglich die Temperatur der Weinbewertung variiert je nach
Art der Weine (siehe oben „Temperaturschema
Weinausschank“).
Da es sich um natürliche Weinkühler handelt, die von den
Weinbauern für eine lange Lagerzeit genutzt werden, ist
nicht die genaue Temperatur, sondern ihre Konsistenz von
Bedeutung. Mit anderen Worten: Solange die Temperatur in
Ihrem Weinkühler konstant ist (zwischen 12 ºC und 14 ºC),
werden Ihre Weine unter perfekten Bedingungen gelagert.
Nicht alle Weine werden sich im Laufe der Jahre verbessern.
Einige sollten in einem frühen Stadium konsumiert werden
(2 bis 3 Jahre), während andere über eine enorme
Alterungsfähigkeit verfügen (50 Jahre und älter). Alle Weine
haben einen Spitzenwert in der Reife. Erkundigen Sie sich
bei Ihrem Weinhändler, um die relevanten Informationen zu
erhalten.
IMPORTANT TEMPERATURE INFORMATION
Your wine cooler is designed to provide optimal conditions
for storing and/or serving your wines.
Fine wines require a long and gentle development and
special conditions to reach their full potential.
All wines mature at the same temperature, i.e. a constant
temperature between 12 ºC and 14 ºC. Only the temperature
of the wine rating varies depending on the type of wines (see
above "Temperature scheme wine serving").
Since these are natural wine coolers used by wine growers
for a long storage period, it is not the exact temperature but
its consistency that is important. In other words, as long as
the temperature in your wine cooler is constant (between 12
ºC and 14 ºC), your wines will be stored in perfect conditions.
Not all wines will improve over the years.
Some should be consumed at an early stage (2 to 3 years),
while others have a tremendous ageing capacity (50 years
and older). All wines have a peak in maturity. Check with your
wine merchant for the relevant information.
