15. Inspektionen/Wartungen in Werkstätten
Nur von einer Werkstatt durchzuführen!
Bremsen
Sollte der Spielraum zu groß sein, können Sie mit Hilfe der Justierschraube die
Backen anpassen. Sollte der Abstand zu groß sein, drehen Sie die Schraube im
Uhrzeigersinn. Bei zu kleinem Abstand gegen den Uhrzeigersinn.
Um die Hinterradbremse einzustellen, drehen Sie an der Einstellschraube um
den Spielraum korrekt einzustellen.
Sie können die Position des Bremsarms und der Bremsachse anpassen. Lösen
Sie dazu die Schraube und anschließend die Bremse und drehen Sie die
Bremsachse im Uhrzeigersinn. Ziehen Sie anschließend die Schraube wieder an.
Sie müssen darauf achten, dass sich der Brems-Arm auf einer Höhe mit der am
Reifen befindlichen Bremsoberfläche befindet. Testen Sie den Bremsgriff mehrere
Male und gehen sie sicher, dass sich das Rad frei bewegen kann. Halten Sie eine
Lücke zwischen Drehgriff und Bremshebel frei.

Diese Einstellung darf nur von einem Fachmann in einer anerkannten Werkstatt
durchgeführt werden.
Lassen Sie alle Reparaturen, Einstellungen und ähnliches von Fachkräften in
einer Werkstatt durchführen. Die Mitarbeiter der Werkstatt sind mit den
Fahrzeugen vertraut und können sicher und kompetent helfen.
Unprofessionell durchgeführte Reparaturen oder Einstellungen können die
Sicherheit und Funktion des Fahrzeuges negativ beeinflussen.
Vergaser & Leerlauf Einstellungen
Die Leerlaufgeschwindigkeit per Schraube einstellen:
1. Wärmen Sie den Motor ca. 2-3 Minuten auf.
2. Stellen Sie die Schraube ein, um die Leerlaufgeschwindigkeit zu regeln.
Um die Leerlaufgeschwindigkeit zu erhöhen, drehen Sie die Schraube
entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn. Die Umdrehungszahl darf nicht über
1800u/min liegen.
