Dieses Blutdruckmessgerät hilft Ihnen, regelmäßige vergleichende Messun-
gen durchzuführen. Einzelne unregelmäßige Messungen haben daher wenig
Aussagekraft.
Um einen genauen Wert zu erhalten, müssen Sie zu Beginn jeder Messung an
beiden Armen messen. Wenn die Werte um ≥ 10 mmHg voneinander abwei-
chen, nehmen Sie den Arm mit den höheren Werten zur Messung.
Die Werte für den normalen und den hohen Blutdruck (diastolischer und sys-
tolischer Wert) sind durch die Weltgesundheitsbehörde „WHO“ festgelegt wie
in der folgenden Tabelle dargestellt:
