4. Place the device on the part of the body which you wish to massage. Start at the part of the body fur-

thest from the heart. Then massage in slow circular or sideways movements towards your heart.

You can stand up, sit down or lie down and you can either massage yourself or massage somebody

else. Massage intensity can be varied by exerting more or less pressure on the massage device.

Note

Never massage a specific part of the body for longer than three minutes without chang-

ing to another area of the body.

Cold and warm massage

• For cold/warm massage we recommend you massage the area to be treated for approx. five seconds

with the cooled soft ball attachment and then to use the heating area for approx. 25 seconds. This way

you achieve the best results for treating pain and tiredness.

• After using for a maximum of 20 minutes, switch off the device again, disconnect the plug and let it cool

down.

6. Cleaning, storage and disposal

• For cleaning, first unplug the device and allow it to cool off. Then you can rub it off with a cloth which is

no more than lightly moistened. You can also use a mild detergent. However, make sure that water

never penetrates inside the device. Do not use the device again until it is completely dry.

• Store the device in a dry place.

• Always allow the device to cool down before placing it in the packaging for storage.

Disposal

Follow local regulations regarding the disposal of materials. The appliance should be dis-

sed of according to Regulation 2002/96/EC-WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic

Equipment). In case of queries, contact the municipal authorities responsible for waste

disposal in your area.
