11. Garantie / Service
Ce produit dispose d’une garantie de 3 ans à partir de la date d’achat pour tout vice matériel et de fabri-
cation.
La garantie ne s’applique pas :
•
aux dommages issus d’une utilisation non conforme.
•
aux pièces d’usure.
•
aux vices connus du client au moment de l’achat.
•
en cas de propre faute du client.
Les garanties légales du client restent intactes par cette garantie.
Le client doit justifier l’achat pour toute revendication d’une réclamation durant la durée de la garantie. La
garantie doit être revendiquée dans l’espace de 3 ans à partir de la date d’achat auprès de

En cas de réclamation, le client a droit à réparation de la marchandise par notre atelier ou par un atelier
autorisé par nos soins. Le boîtier de l’appareil ne doit être ouvert sous aucun prétexte – l’ouverture du
boîtier et toute modification annule les droits de garantie. En raison de la garantie, tous autres droits du
client sont exclus.
Dans de nombreux cas, les motifs des réclamations découlent d’erreurs de manipulation. Celles-ci pour-

  • Os meus aparelhos S B M 52 da sanitas não estão calibrados e dão muitas vezes erro. Onde poderei pedir assistência. Resido em Coimbra. Cumprimentos.
