Ruhen Sie sich vor jeder Messung ca. 5 Minuten aus!
Ansonsten kann es zu Abweichungen kommen.
•
Sie können die Messung im Sitzen oder im Liegen durch-
führen. Achten Sie in jedem Falle darauf, dass sich die
Manschette in Herzhöhe befindet.
•
Sitzen Sie zur Blutdruckmessung bequem. Lehnen Sie
Rücken und Arme an. Kreuzen Sie die Beine nicht. Stellen
Sie die Füße flach auf den Boden.
•
Um das Messergebnis nicht zu verfälschen, ist es wichtig,
sich während der Messung ruhig zu verhalten und nicht
zu sprechen.
Speicher wählen
Drücken Sie die Einstellungstaste SET. Wählen Sie den
gewünschten Benutzerspeicher (
... ) durch Drücken der
Funktionstasten -/+.
Sie haben 4 Speicher à 30 Speicherplätze um die Mess-
ergeb nisse von 4 verschiedenen Personen getrennt von-
einander abzuspeichern. Bestätigen Sie Ihre Wahl mit der
START/STOPP-Taste oder warten Sie 3 Sekunden ab.
Ihre Wahl wir dann automatisch gespeichert.
Blutdruckmessung durchführen
•
Legen Sie, wie zuvor beschrieben, die Manschette an
und nehmen Sie die Haltung ein, in der Sie die Messung
durchführen wollen.
•
Starten Sie das Blutdruckmessgerät mit der START/
STOPP-Taste . Nach der Vollbildanzeige erscheint das
letzte gespeicherte Messergebnis. Sollte sich keine Mes-
sung im Speicher befinden, zeigt das Gerät jeweils den
Wert „0“ an.
•
Die Manschette wird automatisch aufgepumpt. Der Man-
schetten-Luftdruck wird langsam abgelassen. Bei einer
bereits zu erkennenden Tendenz zu hohem Blutdruck
wird nochmals nachgepumpt und der Manschetten druck
nochmals erhöht. Sobald ein Puls zu erkennen ist, wird
das Symbol Puls angezeigt.
•
Die Messergebnisse Systolischer Druck, Diastolischer
Druck und Puls werden angezeigt.
•
Sie können die Messung jederzeit durch das Drücken der
START/STOPP-Taste abbrechen.
•
_ erscheint wenn die Messung nicht ordnungsgemäß
durchgeführt werden konnte. Beachten Sie das Kapitel
Fehlermeldung/Fehlerbehebung in dieser Gebrauchsan-
weisung und wiederholen Sie die Messung.
•
Das Messergebnis wird automatisch abgespeichert.
•
Zum Abschalten drücken Sie die
START/STOPP
-Taste
.
Wenn Sie vergessen das Gerät auszuschalten, schaltet
sich das Gerät nach ca. 1 Minute automatisch ab.
Warten Sie vor einer erneuten Messung mindestens 5 Minu ten!

  • I repeatedly get the E3 message. I can take a measurement then with changing nothing the next time I try I get E3. It does seem to be completely random. Submitted on 7-4-2020 at 17:52

  • I have a Sanitas SBM46 which has been working well but it now shows an error E4.

    I have not changed the method of using the monitor and the batteries are all new.

  • The Sanitas SBM 46 from Lidl is similar to the Silver Crest SBM 68. There is one minor difference, the 68 had the addition of a Bluetooth link to transfer data to a mobile - just ignore all references to Bluetooth and the manual for the 68 is fully usable on the 46.   • The pressure in my sanitas reaches a max pressure of 140 and gives me a reading anywhere between 90 over 50 which for me cannot be correct. Has anybody had this problem Submitted on 4-8-2018 at 16:43
