11. Garantie / Ser vice
Wij verlenen 3 jaar garantie vanaf koopdatum voor materiaal-
en productiefouten van het product.
De garantie geld niet:
•
in geval van schade die terug te voeren is op ondeskundig
gebruik,
•
voor slijtageonderdelen,
•
voor gebreken die de klant reeds bij aankoop bekend
waren,
•
bij door de klant zelf veroorzaakte schade.
De wettelijke garantieverlening voor de klant blijft onaange-
tast. Voor garantieclaims binnen de garantieperiode dient de
klant het bewijs van aankoop te leveren.
De garantie moet binnen een periode van 3 jaar vanaf
koopdatum tegenover

geclaimd worden.
In garantiegevallen heeft de klant het recht op reparatie van
het artikel bij onze eigen of door ons geautoriseerde ser-
vicepunten. Open het apparaat in geen geval – wanneer u
het apparaat opent of verandert, komt de garantieverlening
te vervallen. De klant heeft (op grond van de garantie) geen
verderstrekkende rechten.
In veel gevallen ligt de oorzaak voor reklamaties in bedie-
ningsfouten. Deze kunnen zondermeer telefonisch verhol-
pen worden. Richt u zich aub. aan de voor u ingestelde

  • I repeatedly get the E3 message. I can take a measurement then with changing nothing the next time I try I get E3. It does seem to be completely random. Submitted on 7-4-2020 at 17:52

  • I have a Sanitas SBM46 which has been working well but it now shows an error E4.

    I have not changed the method of using the monitor and the batteries are all new.

  • The Sanitas SBM 46 from Lidl is similar to the Silver Crest SBM 68. There is one minor difference, the 68 had the addition of a Bluetooth link to transfer data to a mobile - just ignore all references to Bluetooth and the manual for the 68 is fully usable on the 46.   • The pressure in my sanitas reaches a max pressure of 140 and gives me a reading anywhere between 90 over 50 which for me cannot be correct. Has anybody had this problem Submitted on 4-8-2018 at 16:43
