Remarques relatives à l’utilisation
•
Mesurez toujours votre tension au même moment de la
journée afin que les valeurs soient comparables.
•
Avant toute mesure, reposez-vous environ 5minutes!
•
Lorsque vous devez effectuer plusieurs mesures sur une
personne, patientez à chaque fois 5minutes entre chaque
mesure.
•
Évitez de manger, boire, fumer ou d’exercer des activités
physiques pendant au moins 30minutes avant la mesure.
•
Effectuez une nouvelle mesure si vous avez un doute sur
les valeurs mesurées.
•
Les mesures que vous avez établies servent juste à vous
tenir informé de votre état- elles ne remplacent pas un
examen médical! Parlez-en avec votre médecin, vous
ne devez prendre aucune décision d’ordre médical sur la
base de ces seules mesures (par ex. choix de médica-
ments et de leurs dosages)!
•
N’utilisez pas le tensiomètre sur des nouveaux-nés et
les patientes atteintes de pré-éclampsie. Nous recom-
mandons de consulter le médecin avant d’utiliser le ten-
siomètre pendant la grossesse.
•
Les maladies cardio-vasculaires peuvent entraîner des
erreurs de mesure, plus précisément des mesures impré-
cises. Ce problème se pose aussi en cas de tension très
basse, de diabète, de troubles de la circulation et du rythme
cardiaque et de frissons de fièvre ou de tremblements.
•
Le tensiomètre ne doit pas être utilisé parallèlement à un
appareil chirurgical haute fréquence.
•
Utilisez uniquement l’appareil sur des personnes dont
le périmètre du bras correspond à celui indiqué pour
l’appareil.
•
Veuillez noter que la fonction du membre concerné peut
être entravée lors du gonflage.
•
Il ne faut pas bloquer la circulation sanguine plus longtemps
que nécessaire au cours de la prise de tension. Si l’appareil
ne fonctionne pas bien, retirez le brassard du bras.
•
Évitez de presser, d’aplatir ou de plier le tuyau du bras-
sard en le manipulant.

  • I repeatedly get the E3 message. I can take a measurement then with changing nothing the next time I try I get E3. It does seem to be completely random. Submitted on 7-4-2020 at 17:52

  • I have a Sanitas SBM46 which has been working well but it now shows an error E4.

    I have not changed the method of using the monitor and the batteries are all new.

  • The Sanitas SBM 46 from Lidl is similar to the Silver Crest SBM 68. There is one minor difference, the 68 had the addition of a Bluetooth link to transfer data to a mobile - just ignore all references to Bluetooth and the manual for the 68 is fully usable on the 46.   • The pressure in my sanitas reaches a max pressure of 140 and gives me a reading anywhere between 90 over 50 which for me cannot be correct. Has anybody had this problem Submitted on 4-8-2018 at 16:43
