• En primer lugar se muestran sucesivamente sus datos almacenados seguidos de los últimos valores de
medición.
Primero se muestran las indicaciones siguientes:
1. Peso en kg
2. Grasa corporal en % con interpretación BF
3. Agua corporal en %
4. Masa muscular en %
5. Masa ósea en kg
6. Metabolismo activo en Kcal
Desconexión de la báscula
Pasados 10 segundos aproximadamente, la báscula y el elemento de mando se apagan de forma au-
tomática. Durante los ajustes, el elemento de mando tarda 90 segundos en apagarse automáticamente.
Para apagar manualmente el elemento de mando, pulse el botón „[SET/ON]“ durante 3 segundos.
Asegúrese de encender siempre primero el elemento de mando y la báscula y esperar a la indicación
„0.0“ (fig. 2) antes de subirse.
10. Evaluación de los resultados
Proporción de grasa corporal
La evaluación de la grasa corporal se indica mediante la flecha del borde izquierdo de la pantalla. Los va-
lores de grasa corporal (en %) que aparecen a continuación le ofrecen una pauta (si desea más informaci-
ón le rogamos que se ponga en contacto con su médico).

En el caso de deportistas, el valor de grasa corporal suele ser bajo. Dependiendo del tipo de deporte
practicado, la intensidad del entrenamiento y la constitución corporal se pueden alcanzar valores que se
encuentran por debajo de la pauta proporcionada. Sin embargo, tenga en cuenta que los valores extre-
madamente bajos pueden suponer un riesgo para la salud.

La proporción de agua corporal (en %) se encuentra normalmente en los siguientes niveles:
