• Wählen Sie durch mehrfaches Drücken der Tasten oder den Speicherplatz aus, auf dem Ihre per-
sönliche Grunddaten gespeichert sind und bestätigen Sie mit „[SET/ON]“.
• Zunächst werden Ihre gespeicherten Grunddaten nacheinander angezeigt, gefolgt von den letzten Mess-
werten.
Zunächst erscheint folgende Anzeige:
1. Gewicht in kg
2. Körperfett in % mit Interpretation BF
3. Körperwasser in %
4. Muskelanteil in %
5. Knochenmasse in kg
6. Aktivitätsumsatz in Kcal
Waage ausschalten
Die Waage und das Bedienteil schalten sich nach ca. 10 Sekunden automatisch ab. Während Sie die Ein-
stellungen vornehmen dauert es 90 Sekunden bis das Bedienteil automatisch abschaltet.
Um das Bedienteil manuell auszuschalten, halten Sie die Taste „[SET/ON]“ 3 Sekunden gedrückt.
Achten Sie darauf, dass Sie das Bedienteil und die Waage immer zuerst einschalten und die Anzeige „0.0“
(Abb. 2) abwarten, bevor Sie sie betreten.
10. Ergebnisse bewerten
Körperfettanteil
Die Bewertung des Körperfetts erfolgt durch den Pfeil am linken Rand des Displays. Nachfolgende Kör-
perfettwerte in % geben Ihnen eine Richtlinie (für weitere Informationen wenden Sie sich bitte an Ihren
Arzt!).
Mann Frau
Bei Sportlern ist oft ein niedrigerer Wert festzustellen. Je nach betriebener Sportart, Trainingsintensität
und körperlicher Konstitution können Werte erreicht werden, die noch unterhalb der angegebenen Richt-
werte liegen. Bitte beachten Sie jedoch, dass bei extrem niedrigen Werten Gesundheitsgefahren bestehen
können.
Körperwasseranteil
Der Anteil des Körperwassers in % liegt normalerweise in folgenden Bereichen:
