I seguenti valori relativi al grasso corporeo possono servire da riferimento (per maggiori informazioni ri-
volgersi al proprio medico!).
Negli sportivi è spesso presente un valore inferiore. A seconda del tipo di sport praticato, dell’intensità
degli allenamenti e della costituzione fisica si possono raggiungere valori ancora inferiori ai valori orien-
tativi indicati!

Secondo le indicazioni dell’Organizzazione Mondiale della Sanità (OMS 2001), la percentuale dell’acqua
nel corpo dovrebbe rientrare nei seguenti limiti:
donne: 50–55%
uomini: 60–65%
bambini: 65–75%
Nelle persone con elevata percentuale di grasso corporeo si riscontra molto spesso una percentuale
d’acqua inferiore ai valori orientativi indicati.
Poiché la quantità di muscoli è diversa da un soggetto all’altro non esistono valori indicativi generali.
4. Messaggi di errore
Il messaggio "FFFF"/"Err" viene visualizzato qualora venga rilevato un errore durante la misurazione.
La bilancia non funziona correttamente quando si sale sulla bilancia prima che sul display venga visua-
lizzato il valore "0.0".

– È stata superata la portata massima di 150 kg.
– La resistenza elettrica tra elettrodi e pianta del
piede è troppo elevata (per esempio in caso di
callosità rilevanti).
– La percentuale di grasso non rientra nei valori
misurabili (inferiore al 5% o superiore al 60%).
– La percentuale d’acqua non rientra nei valori
misurabili (inferiore al 30% o superiore al 60%).
Soluzione
– Non utilizzare la bilancia se si supera il peso
massimo di 150 kg.
– Si prega di ripetere la misurazione a piedi nudi.
Inumidire leggermente le piante dei piedi. Rimuo-
vere eventuali callosità dalle piante dei piedi.
