Funcionamiento con pilas
1. Retire la cubierta del compartimento de las pilas de la parte
posterior de la unidad ejerciendo presión.
2. Ponga cuatro pilas UM-1 (tamaño D) en el compartimiento.
3. Asegúrese de colocar todas las pilas con la polaridad correcta,
como se muestra en el interior del compartimiento.
Vuelva a colocar la cubierta.
4. La disminución de potencia, distorsión y sonido “ininteligible” o
indicación de batería baja parpadeando con una “E” en la pantalla
son todos síntomas de que es necesario sustituir las pilas.
5. Si no va a utilizar el equipo de radio durante un período de
tiempo prolongado, se recomienda quitar las pilas del equipo.
Uso del adaptador de corriente CA
(no se suministra en algunos mercados)
El adaptador de corriente CA necesario para esta unidad debe ser
de 6 VCC, 400 mA con conexión central de clavija al negativo.
Introduzca el conector del adaptador en la clavija de CC del lado
izquierdo de la radio. Introduzca el adaptador en un enchufe de
pared estándar. Cuando se utiliza el adaptador, las pilas se
desconectan automáticamente. El adaptador de CA debe
desconectarse de la red eléctrica cuando no vaya a utilizarse el
equipo.
