Smart Check
Om deze functie te kunnen inschakelen, dient u eerst de Samsung Smart Washer-app in de Play Store of
de App Store te downloaden en deze op een mobiel apparaat met een camera te installeren.
De functie Smart Check is geoptimaliseerd voor:
Galaxy- en iPhone-telefoons (sommige modellen worden niet ondersteund)
De wasmachine voert de zelfdiagonseprocedure op de achtergrond uit en indien er een probleem
wordt aangetroffen, wordt er een informatiecode op het display weergegeven. Volg in dat geval de
onderstaande stappen:
1. Open de Samsung Smart Washer-app op uw mobiele apparaat en tik op Smart Check.
2. Houd het mobiele apparaat dicht bij het displaypaneel van de wasmachine, op zo'n manier dat
de beide displays van de smartphone-camera en de wasmachine naar elkaar toe zijn gericht. De
informatiecode wordt vervolgens automatisch door de app herkend.
3. Wanneer de informatiecode goed is herkend, wordt er door de app gedetailleerde informatie over de
fout met verdere acties weergegeven.
OPMERKING
• De naam van de functie, Smart Check, kan per taal verschillen.
• Als er licht op het display van de wasmachine wordt weerkaatst, kan de app moeite hebben om de
informatiecode te herkennen.
• Als de app de Smart Check-code na enkele keren proberen nog steeds niet herkent, voert u de
informatiecode handmatig in het scherm van de app in.
