Problemen oplossen
Voordat u contact opneemt met een Samsung Servicecenter, probeert u de volgende oplossingen.

Het scherm van de Galaxy Fit

wordt niet ingeschakeld
Wanneer de batterij volledig is ontladen, wordt uw Galaxy Fit

niet ingeschakeld. Laad de batterij
volledig op voordat u de Galaxy Fit
ⓔ
inschakelt.
Het scherm reageert traag of niet goed
•
Het scherm functioneert door middel van een versnellingssensor. Om de herkenningssnelheid
van de versnellingsmeter te verhogen, draagt u de Galaxy Fit
ⓔ
losjes, zodat deze niet te strak op
uw pols zit, en tikt u dan op het scherm.
•
Start uw Galaxy Fit
ⓔ
opnieuw op om tijdelijke softwarefouten te verwijderen.
•
Controleer of uw Galaxy Fit
ⓔ
-software is bijgewerkt naar de nieuwste versie.
•
Als het scherm is bekrast of beschadigd, gaat u naar een Samsung Servicecenter.
Ik kan het scherm niet inschakelen, zelfs als ik erop tik

Start de
Galaxy Wearable
-app op uw mobiele apparaat en tik op

Geavanceerd
→
Scherm wekken
→
Twee keer tikken
