My C460 printer will not work, and the display window claims that this is because the "cover is open" and I am told to "shut it". But all the covers (both front, top & backside) are closed. I suppose this message comes up because there is a sensor somewhere that might need to be cleaned or even changed with a new one, but I have not been able to locate it. I have been doing a cleaning job, taking out all the toner cartridges and even the scanning unit, but the same message still comes up. So what do I do ? Submitted on 31-8-2022 at 13:17
