In dit sectie wordt uitgelegd hoe u een fax verzendt en welke bijzondere verzendmethoden u kunt
gebruiken.
U kunt de originelen in de dubbele scandocumentinvoer (DSDF) of op de glasplaat van de
scanner plaatsen. Als er zich zowel originelen in de dubbele scandocumentinvoer (DSDF)
als op de glasplaat van de scanner bevinden, worden de originelen in de dubbele scandoc-
umentinvoer (DSDF) eerst gelezen omdat deze een hogere prioriteit heeft bij het scannen.
Instellen van faxhoofd
In bepaalde landen bent u wettelijk verplicht om op iedere uitgaande fax uw faxnummer te
vermelden.
1 Tik op het startscherm of in Apps op Instellingen > Faxinstellingen > Apparaat-id &
faxnummer.
2 Tik op het invoervak Id-naam. Het pop-uptoetsenbord verschijnt.
3 Voer uw naam of de bedrijfsnaam in (zie "Informatie over het pop-uptoetsenbord" op pagina
33).
4 Tik op Gereed.
5 Tik op het invoervak Faxnummer.
6 Voer uw faxnummer in met behulp van het numerieke toetsenblok op het bedieningspaneel.
7 Tik op Gereed.
8 Tik op of selecteer andere instellingen.
