Opnemen: Hiermee kunt u een voice memo opnemen.
In het LCD-venster ziet u:
• Het nummer van uw memo.
• De datum en tijd waarop de memo is opgenomen.
• Opnameduur
De maximale opnametijd is ongeveer 35 seconden.
Wilt u een langer bericht opnemen, druk dan op de
functietoets Doorgaan. In plaats van Doorgaan. wordt
nu Splitsen getoond. U kunt nu verdergaan met de
opname van de memo. De rest wordt opgeslagen onder
het volgende memonummer.
Bent u klaar met opnemen, druk dan op de functietoets
Stop.
NB: Zijn alle memolocaties in gebruik, dan moet u
eerst een oude memo wissen voordat u een
nieuwe kunt opnemen.
Afspelen: Hiermee kunt u alle opgenomen memo’s
afluisteren, te beginnen met de meest recente. In het
LCD-venster ziet u:
• Memolocatie
•
Datum en tijd waarop de memo is opgenomen.
Om naar de volgende memo te springen, drukt u op de
functietoets Oversl. Om het afspelen te beëindigen
drukt u op de functietoets Stop.
Opname wissen: Hiermee kunt u een bepaalde memo
wissen. Alle opgenomen memo’s worden afgespeeld, te
beginnen met de meest recente. Druk op Wissen om
de memo die u hoort te verwijderen.
Alles wissen: Hiermee kunt u alle memo’s wissen.
Druk ter bevestiging op de functietoets OK.
Voice opdracht Menu 3-2
Via dit menu kunt u rechtstreeks veel gebruikte menu
opties kiezen door een opdracht in te spreken in plaats
van deze via de toetsen te kiezen.
U kunt kiezen uit de volgende opties:
Opnemen: De meest gebruikte menu functies kunt u
oproepen via
door u zelf ingesproken opdrachten. De
opdrachten staan standaard UIT. Zodra een voice
opdracht goed is opgenomen, verandert dit in AAN.
Uitvoeren: Hier kunt u een eerder opgenomen opdracht
inspreken. De opdracht wordt direct uitgevoerd.
Alles afspelen: Alle opgenomen voice opdrachten
worden afgespeeld.
Alles wissen: Alle opgenomen voice opdrachten
worden verwijderd.
Voice memo Menu 3-3
U kunt de Voice memo functie gebruiken om:
• Tot 3 voice memo’s op te nemen
• De opgenomen memo’s af te spelen.
• Een of alle memo’s te wissen.
