Übertragung der Software
. Sie dürfen Ihre Rechte
unter diesem EULA in Bezug auf die GERÄTE-Software
und die Begleit-CD nur innerhalb der vom zuständigen
Mobilnetzbetreiber erteilten Berechtigung permanent
übertragen. Für den Fall, dass der Mobilnetzbetreiber
eine solche Übertragung gestattet, dürfen Sie Ihre
Rechte unter diesem EULA nur als Bestandteil des
Verkaufs oder der Übertragung des GERÄTES permanent
übertragen und nur unter der Voraussetzung, dass Sie
keine Kopien behalten, dass Sie die gesamte SOFTWARE
(einschließlich aller Bestandteile, Medien und gedruckten
Unterlagen, aller Upgrades, dieses EULA und ggf. der
Echtheitszertifikate) übertragen und dass sich der
Empfänger mit diesem EULA einverstanden erklärt. Wenn
es sich bei der SOFTWARE um ein Upgrade handelt, muss
die Übertragung alle vorherigen Versionen der
SOFTWARE einschließen.

Kündigung
. Unbeschadet sonstiger Rechte sind
Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. oder MS berechtigt, diesen
EULA zu kündigen, falls Sie gegen die Bestimmungen
dieses EULA verstoßen. In einem solchen Fall sind Sie
verpflichtet, sämtliche Kopien der SOFTWARE und alle
ihre Bestandteile zu vernichten.
