U bent niet bereikbaar
• Staat uw telefoon aan? (Heeft u [ ] ruim een
seconde ingedrukt?)
• Heef u het juiste netwerk gekozen?
• Misschien heeft u inkomende oproepen geblokkeerd.
De persoon met wie u belt hoort u niet
• Staat de microfoon misschien uit?
• Houdt u de telefoon dicht genoeg bij uw mond? De
microfoon bevindt zich aan de onderkant van de
telefoon.
De telefoon gaat piepen en in het display
knippert de melding **Batterij bijna leeg**
• De batterij is bijna leeg. Laad de batterij op.
Slechte ontvangst/geluidskwaliteit
• Controleer in het display de signaalsterkte indicatie
( ). Het aantal balkjes geeft aan of het signaal
sterk ( ) of zwak ( ) is.
• Houd de telefoon in een iets andere stand of ga
dichter bij een raam staan als u zich in een gebouw
bevindt.
Een in de telefoonlijst gekozen nummer wordt
niet gebeld
• Zoek de betreffende naam op in de
telefoonlijst
en kijk of het bijbehorende nummer klopt.
• Sla het nummer zonodig opnieuw op.
De batterij wordt niet goed opgeladen of de
telefoon gaat soms zomaar uit
• Reinig de contactpunten in de telefoon en op de
batterij met een schone, zachte doek.
Kunt u met behulp van de bovengenoemde
richtlijnen het probleem niet oplossen, zorg dan
voor:
• Het type en serienummer van uw telefoon.
• Uw garantie-informatie.
• Een goede beschrijving van het probleem.
Neem vervolgens contact op met uw leverancier of het
Samsung service center.
