RAPPORT De gegevens per tafel zijn verdeeld over twee regels
Op de bovenste regel TFL# (=eventueel extra tafelnummer), K# (=aantal gasten),
TIJD (= Tijdstip dat de tafel werd geopend)
Op de onderste regel NOTA# (=daadwerkelijk tafelnummer), VERKOPER (=Ober die de
tafel heeft geopend), TOTAAL (=Totaal bedrag wat nog openstaat)
Helemaal onderaan staat het totaal bedrag van alle openstaande tafels opgeteld
OPEN TAFEL2-4 RAPPORT worden niet gebruikt, tenzij er meerdere SPS-2000 in een netwerk staan en er
gebruik wordt gemaakt van identieke tafelnummers op verschillende SPS-2000.
OPEN TAFEL PER Selecteer de verkoper waarvan u de openstaande tafels wilt bekijken
VERKOPER Rapport is identiek aan het OPEN TAFEL RAPPORT
Wel worden in dit rapport ook de openstaande tafels weergegeven van mogelijk andere
SPS-2000 in een netwerk (2-4). Een verkoper kan werken op meerdere terminals met
dezelfde tafelnummers
OPEN TAFEL VOOR Overzicht van nog openstaande tafels van de huidig aangemelde verkoper
HUIDIGE VERKOPER Rapport is identiek aan het OPEN TAFEL PER VERKOPER Rapport
OPEN TAFEL1 t/m 4 Overzicht van nog openstaande tafels gesorteerd per terminal
RAPPORT Overzicht is identiek aan het OPEN TAFEL PER VERKOPER Rapport
PRODUCT MIX RAPPORTEN
Er wordt onderscheid gemaakt tussen de volgende rapporten:
PRODUCT MIX Overzicht van gebruikte ingrediënten
PRODUCT Selecteer een dag van de week
OVERZICHT Overzicht van gebruikte ingrediënten
VOORRAAD RAPPORT
Er wordt onderscheid gemaakt tussen de volgende rapporten:
PLU Overzicht van alle PLU’s (artikelen) op voorraad
VRRD In het scherm ziet u PLU# (Barcode), omschrijving en huidige voorraad
VRRD PER Overzicht van PLU’s (artikelen) op voorraad binnen een bepaald bereik
PLU BEREIK
VRRD PER HFDGP Overzicht van PLU’s (artikelen) op voorraad gesorteerd per hoofdgroep
VRRD PER Overzicht van PLU’s (artikelen) op voorraad gesorteerd per geselecteerde hoofdgroep
INDIVIDUELE HFDGP
VOORRAAD Overzicht van alle PLU’s (artikelen) op voorraad van alle SPS-2000 in een netwerk
PLU Overzicht van PLU’s (artikelen) waarvan de minimale voorraad te laag is
MINIMALE VRRD De minimale voorraad wordt vergeleken met de huidige voorraad
GECOMBINEERDE RAPPORTEN
Er wordt onderscheid gemaakt tussen de volgende rapporten:
GECOMB. RAPPORT Overzicht van de zelf samengestelde gecombineerde rapport
#1-4 U krijgt alleen een overzicht te zien als u gebruik maakt van gecombineerde rapporten
