Tafels:

Om gebruik te kunnen maken van tafels zijn de volgende instelllingen van belang:

 Systeemoptie #4 = Verkopers door elkaar instellen als (N). Zie hoofdstuk 4.4.1 op pagina 39.

 Geheugenindeling TAFELS (totaal aantal tafels). Zie hoofdstuk 3.3 op pagina 23.

 Geheugenindeling NOTA REGELS (aantal regels per tafel). Zie hoofdstuk 3.3 op pagina 23.

 Geheugenindeling TYPE NOTA (print tafelnota intern of op een extern aangesloten slipprinter).

Zie hoofdstuk 3.3 op pagina 23.

Als een Slipprinter is aangesloten moet de toets NOTA worden geprogrammeerd (zie 4.3.1 op pagina 35).

U moet namelijk aangeven op welke poort de slipprinter is aangesloten.

De volgende toetsen zijn van belang wanneer u gebruik maakt van tafels:

[OPEN] (toetscode 447; voor het openen van een tafelnummer)

[SLUIT] (toetscode 451; voor het sluiten van het tafelnummer)

[NOTA] (toetscode 450; voor het printen van de tafelnota)

Eventueel kunt u ook nog gebruik maken van de volgende toetsen:

[TAFEL#] (toetscode 452; om een specifiek tafelnummer aan te geven)

[KLANTEN] (toetscode 448; om het aantal klanten per tafel in te voeren)

[TAFEL SPITS] (toetscode 454; om artikelen te verplaatsen naar een andere tafel)

U kunt bijvoorbeeld als volgt registreren:

[1] [OPEN]

Artikelen registreren

[SLUIT]

Een complete nota printen gaat als volgt:

[1] [OPEN] [NOTA]

Afrekenen (met [CONTANT] gaat als volgt:

[1] [OPEN] [CONTANT]

Stel dat een bepaalde klant een vast klantnummer (125) heeft, aan een bepaalde tafel (12) gaat eten met een

bepaald aantal personen (6); dan kunt u dat als volgt registreren:

[1] [2] [5] [OPEN]

[1] [2] [TAFEL#]

[6] [KLANTEN]

Artikelen registreren

[SLUIT]

Met [1] [2] [5] [OPEN] kunt u later de rekening van de klant weer openen.

Met [TAFEL SPLITS] kunt u artikelen verplaatsen van de ene tafel naar de andere.

Voer het nummer in van de tafel en druk op [TAFEL SPLITS]. Selecteer met [REGEL] of [REGEL] het eerste

artikel. Voer het aantal in wat u wilt splitsen en druk op [X]. Voer het nieuwe tafelnummer in en druk op

[TAFEL SPLITS]. Het artikel is gesplitst en verplaatst. Herhaal eventueel bovenstaande voor andere artikelen.

Verkopers door elkaar:

Om gebruik te kunnen maken van verkopers door elkaar zijn de volgende instelllingen van belang:

 Systeemoptie #4 = Verkopers door elkaar instellen als (Y). Zie hoofdstuk 4.4.1 op pagina 39.

Code invoeren van verkoper1 [VERKOPER] Artikelen registreren

Code invoeren van verkoper2 [VERKOPER] Artikelen registreren

Etc.

AFREKENEN:

Code invoeren van verkoper1 [VERKOPER] [CONTANT]

Code invoeren van verkoper2 [VERKOPER] [CONTANT]

Wanneer er gebruik wordt gemaakt van verkopers door elkaar is het niet mogelijk om gebruik te maken van

tafel, en wanneer u gebruik maakt van tafels is het niet mogelijk om gebruik te maken van verkopers door

ellkaar.

Our SAM4S NR500 cash register is not printing. I have checked Receipt On, also that thermal roll is used, and inserted correctly. Any ideas? Submitted on 18-4-2023 at 05:54
