Vakuumbeutel und verschließen Sie
ihn. Schieben Sie die Speisen dann auf
Einschubhöhe 3 des Ofens ein.
2. Wählen Sie die Betriebsart Sous-Vide-Garen .
3. Ändern Sie die Standardtemperatur
mit dem Drehrad. Stellen Sie die in den
Zubereitungshinweisen empfohlene Temperatur
für Ihr Gericht ein. Die Standardtemperatur
beträgt 60 °C. (Sie können die Temperatur in
Schritten von 1 °C ändern)
