1. Laita ruoka puhtaaseen tyhjiöpussiin ja sulje
se. Aseta ruoka sitten uunin ritilän tasoon 3.
2. Valitse Air Sous Vide -tila.
3. Muuta oletuslämpötilaa näppäimellä
Valintasäädin. Aseta suositeltu
kypsennyslämpötila ruoanlaitto-ohjeen
suosituksen mukaan. Oletuslämpötila on 60 °C.
(Lämpötilaa voi muuttaa 1 °C:n välein)
