Air sous vide (modèles applicables uniquement)
Le mode Air sous vide utilise de l’air chaud à basse température pour mettre en œuvre
le mode Sous vide sans vapeur ni réservoir d'eau. Dans ce mode, le four maintient des
températures basses et constantes à l'intérieur de la chambre de cuisson, ce qui permet de
cuire des aliments qui peuvent conserver leur parfum et leurs nutriments d'origine tout en
offrant une saveur enrichie et une texture douce.
1. Mettez les aliments dans un sac sous vide
propre et fermez-le. Ensuite, placez les
aliments dans la position 3 de la grille du four.
2. Sélectionnez le mode Air sous vide .
3. Utilisez la Bouton de réglage pour modier la
température par défaut. Entrez la température
suggérée pour votre aliment comme guide
de cuisson recommandé. La température par
défaut est de 60 °C. (Vous pouvez modier la
température de 1 °C)
