Ingredienser 2 stativ med spare ribs av svin, 1 spiseskje svarte pepperkorn, 3
laurbærblader, 1 løk (hakket), 3 hvitløksfedd (hakket), 85 g brunt
sukker, 3 spiseskjeer Worcestershire-saus, 2 spiseskjeer tomatpuré, 2
spiseskjeer olivenolje
Fremgangsmåte Lag en grillsaus. Varm olje i en sauspanne og tilsett løken. Tilbered
inntil den er myk og tilsett resterende ingredienser. Grillstek og reduser
varme og la det surre i 30 min inntil det har tyknet. Mariner ribben
med grillsausen i minst 30 min til 1 time.
Hjemmelaget pizza
Ingredienser Pizzadeig: 300 g mel, 7 g tørrgjær, 1 spiseskje olivenolje, 200 ml
varmt vann, 1 spiseskje sukker og salt
Topping: 400 g skivede grønnsaker (aubergine, squash, løk, tomat),
100 g skinke eller bacon (hakket), 100 g revet ost
Fremgangsmåte Legg mel, gjær, olje, salt, sukker og varmt vann i en bolle og bland
til en fuktig deig. Kna i en mikser eller for hånd i omtrent 5-10 min.
Dekk med lokk og plasser i ovnen i 30 min ved 35 °C for å heve. Rull
ut deigen på en meldekket ate til en rkantet form og legg på brettet
eller pizza-pannen. Spre tomatpuré på deigen og plasser skinke, sopp,
oliven og tomat. Spre jevnt med ost på toppen og stek.
Stekt mørbradbiff
Ingredienser 1 kg mørbrad av biff, 5 g salt, 1 g pepper, 3 g av hver av rosmarin,
timian
Fremgangsmåte Krydre biffen med salt, pepper og rosmarin og la den ligge i kjøleskapet
i 1 time. Plasser på grillristen. Legg den i ovnen og tilbered.
Urtestekte lammekoteletter
Ingredienser 1 kg lammekoteletter (6 stykker), 4 store hvitløksfedd (presset), 1
spiseskje frisk timian (knust), 1 spiseskje frisk rosmarin (knust), 2
spiseskjeer salt, 2 spiseskjeer olivenolje
Fremgangsmåte Bland saltet, hvitløken, urtene og oljen og tilsett på lammet. Vend
kappen og la den ligge i romtemperatur i minst 30 min til 1 time.
