MERK

Tilberedningstiden avhenger av tykkelse på maten. Tilsetting av salt og sukker kan forkorte
tilberedningstiden.
Tips
For å beholde den opprinnelige smaken anbefaler vi at du bruker mindre urter og krydder
enn i vanlige oppskrifter.
Kjøtt og sk gir bedre smak når den stekes raskt og serveres.
Hvis den ikke serveres med en gang etter tilberedning, settes maten i isvann og kjøles helt
ned. Deretter lagres den under 5 °C for å beholde smaken og strukturen i maten.
- Kylling anbefales imidlertid å spises umiddelbart etter tilberedning.

Luft Sous Vide-modus bruker varm luft med lav temperatur for å bruke Sous Vide-modus
