Smart madlavning
Lasagne
Ingredienser 2 spsk olivenolie, 500 g hakket oksekød, 500 ml tomatsauce, 100 ml
oksefond, 150 g tørrede lasagneplader, 1 løg (hakket), 200 g revet ost,
1 tsk hver af tørrede persilleager, oregano, basilikum
Vejledning Tilbered kødsauce med tomat. Varm olien op i en stegepande, og steg
derefter hakket oksekød og hakket løg i ca. 10 min., indtil det er brunet
over det hele. Hæld tomatsaucen og oksefond over, tilsæt de tørrede
krydderurter. Bring i kog, og lad det simre i 30 min.
Kog lasagneplader efter pakkens anvisning. Læg lasagneplader,
kødsovsen og osten i lag, og gentag derefter. Drys derefter jævnt med
resterende ost på toppen af laget af nudler og bag.
Indsamling af hyppige opskrifter til automatisk madlavning
Kartoffelgratin
Ingredienser 800 g kartoer, 100 ml mælk, 100 ml øde, 50 g sammenpisket hele æg,
1 spsk hver salt, peber, muskatnød, 150 g revet ost, smør, timian
Vejledning Skræl kartoerne og skær dem i 3 mm tykkelse. Gnid smørret over
hele overaden af et gratinfad (22-24 cm). Fordel skiverne på et rent
håndklæde og hold dem dækket med håndklædet, mens du forbereder
resten af ingredienserne.
Bland resten af ingredienserne undtagen revet ost i en stor skål og rør
godt rundt. Læg kartoffelskiverne i fadet lidt overlappende og hæld
blandingen over kartoerne. Fordel den revne ost over toppen og bag.
Efter tilberedning serveres drysset med et par friske timianblade.
Grøntsagsgratin
Ingredienser 800 g grøntsager (courgette, tomat, løg, gulerod, peber, forkogte
kartoer), 150 ml øde, 50 g sammenpisket hele æg, 1 spsk hver af
salt, krydderurter (peber, persille eller rosmarin), 150 g revet ost, 3 spsk
olivenolie, nogle timianblade
Vejledning Vask grøntsagerne og skær dem i 3-5 mm tykkelse. Læg skiverne i et
gratinfad (22-24 cm) og hæld olien på grøntsagerne. Bland resten af
ingredienserne undtagen revet ost og hæld på grøntsagerne. Fordel den
revne ost over toppen og bag. Servér derefter drysset med et par friske
timianblade.
