Bei dieser Betriebsart wird der Garraum zunächst automatisch auf bis zu 220 °C vorgeheizt.
Zum Braten des Fleisches werden dann das obere Heizelement und der Heißluftventilator
verwendet. Anschließend werden die Speisen bei der zuvor ausgewählten niedrigen
Temperatur schonend gegart. Dazu werden das obere und das untere Heizelement eingesetzt.
Diese Betriebsart eignet sich zum Braten von Fleisch und Fisch.
