Verzameling veelgemaakte recepten voor automatische bereiding
Gegratineerde aardappelen
Ingrediënten 800 g aardappelen, 100 ml melk, 100 ml room, 50 g geklopt heel ei,
1 eetlepel zout, peper, nootmuskaat, 150 g geraspte kaas, boter, tijm
Aanwijzingen Schil aardappels en snijd ze in schijes van 3 mm dik. Smeer een
gratineerschaal (22-24 cm) met boter in. Leg de schijes naast elkaar
op een schone theedoek en houd ze met de theedoek bedekt terwijl u
de rest van de ingrediënten klaarmaakt.
Meng de rest van de ingrediënten, behalve de geraspte kaas, in
een grote schaal. Goed roeren. Leg de aardappelschijes een beetje
overlappend in de schaal en giet het mengsel over de aardappels.
Verdeel de geraspte kaas over de top en bak het geheel. Opdienen met
een paar verse tijmblaadjes erover gestrooid.
Gegratineerde groenten
Ingrediënten 800 g groenten (courgette, tomaat, ui, wortel, paprika, voorgekookte
aardappelen), 150 ml room, 50 g geklopt heel ei, 1 eetlepel zout,
kruiden (peper, peterselie en rozemarijn), 150 g geraspte kaas,
3 eetlepel olijfolie, wat tijmblaadjes
Aanwijzingen Was de groenten en snijd ze in schijes van 3-5 mm dik. Leg de
schijes op een gratineerschaal (22-24 cm) en giet de olie over de
groenten. Meng de rest van de ingrediënten, behalve de geraspte
kaas, en gooi deze over de groenten. Verdeel de geraspte kaas over
de top en bak het geheel. Opdienen met een paar verse tijmblaadjes
erover gestrooid.
