Voordat u begint
Braadspit * Het braadspit kan worden gebruikt voor het grillen van
gevogelte, bijvoorbeeld kip. Gebruik het
braadspit alleen in de enkele stand op niveau 3, waar de
spitadapter aanwezig is. Schroef het spithandvat los om deze
voor het grillen te verwijderen.
Braadspit en shaslik

Plaats de plaat in rekpositie 1 om braadvocht op te vangen, of
bij een grote hoeveelheid vlees op de bodem van de oven. Het
wordt aanbevolen om de spitaccessoires te gebruiken voor vlees
van minder dan 1,5 kg.
1. Steek het spit in het vlees. Schroef hiervoor het spithandvat
richting het botte uiteinde.
2. Plaats voorgekookte aardappels en groenten rond het vlees.
3. Plaats de houder op de middelste plaatpositie en met de
V-vorm aan de voorkant. Plaats het spit op de houder
met het spitse uiteinde naar de achterkant van de oven
en druk de punt voorzichtig in het draaimechanisme in
de achterwand. Het botte uiteinde van het spit moet in
de V-vorm rusten. (Het spit heeft twee uitsteeksels die
zich in de buurt van de ovendeur moeten bevinden en die
voorkomen dat het spit naar buiten kan bewegen. Ze zijn
bovendien bevestigingspunten voor het handvat.)
4. Schroef het handvat los voordat u de bereiding begint.
5. Na de bereiding schroeft u het handvat weer op het spit om
het uit de oven te kunnen nemen.
Telescooprails * Gebruik de telescooprails om de plaat als volgt naar binnen te
schuiven:
1. Trek de rails uit de oven.
2. Zet de plaat op de rails en schuif deze weer in de oven.
3. Sluit de ovendeur.
Verdeelplaat De verdeelplaat is bedoeld om de oven in twee compartimenten
te verdelen. Gebruik de verdeelplaat met dubbele-
bereidingsstand.
OPMERKING
De aanwezigheid van accessoires met een sterretje (*) is afhankelijk van het ovenmodel.
