• Verwenden Sie einen ofenfesten Glasbehälter mit Deckel.
• Für jeweils 250 g 30-45 ml kaltem Wasser hinzufügen.
• Einmal während des Garens und einmal nach dem Garen umrühren.
• Nach dem Garen würzen.
• Kleinere Stücke gleicher Größer werden schneller gar als große.
• Frisches Gemüse immer mit voller Mikrowellenleistung (800 W) garen.
