SPIT-ROASTING (ONLY MC28H5015Z* MODEL USE)
The barbecue spit is useful for grilling, as you do not need to turn the meat over. It can be
usedforcombinedmicrowaveandConvectioncooking.
Make sure that the weight of the meat is evenly distributed on the spit and that the
spit rotates evenly.
Always use oven gloves when touching the recipients in the oven, as they will be
very hot.
1. Push the roasting spit through the centre of the meat.

breast of a chicken.
